Purpose of the Position:Deal with acｃｏｕｎｔs payable related process and make control in daily operation.Day to Day Responsibilities:Enter PO Invoice Information (2-way & 3-way)Process Non-PO invoicesProcess Travel & Expense transactionsFiling original documentsAd-hoc tasks assigned by the team leader/supervisor/manager.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance or related Good command in both oral and written EnglishDetails oriented and be diligent.Good communication skill and team spiritProficient in office software3-4 days per week and at least 4-5 months
